Operating from wherever reliable internet reaches, you will convert cascading streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles emerge, you will engage students through live coaching sessions, remove roadblocks immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you will analyze detailed learner performance data to identify concealed trends that release children's complete capabilities, engineering next-wave AI innovations capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid "intervention" calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from mistakes, and sustain learner motivation
  • Assessing and integrating emerging educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending marathon meetings or delivering impersonal presentation decks disconnected from measurable results
  • Reviewing assignments, developing lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Remaining in abstract strategy without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position is practical and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support role combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
  • Experience building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
