Curriculum Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine a learning model where children complete an entire day's coursework in two intensive hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. This is the 2-Hour Learning system at the heart of Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the architect who maintains and advances it.

From any location with reliable internet access, you'll convert vast streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you'll conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate barriers in the moment, and restore learner momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you'll analyze deep currents of student data, identify concealed trends that release children's maximum capacity, and engineer next-generation AI systems capable of doubling learning velocity.

Families observe rising self-assurance, learners accelerate their progress twofold, and you witness the tangible results of every analysis you produce, every AI process you streamline, and every inquiry you pursue. Prepared to convert data into propulsion for developing minds? Continue below.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify concerns, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Delivering urgent intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from execution mistakes, and sustain learner engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending interminable meetings or delivering abstract presentation decks disconnected from measurable results
  • Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in abstract strategy divorced from execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position is tactical and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and relational elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a student-centered coaching approach
  • Demonstrated experience creating workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and introductory coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
