Curriculum Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine a school where children complete a full academic day in two intensely productive hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics routines. This is the 2-Hour Learning model driving Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the architect maintaining and advancing this system for the next generation.

Operating from anywhere with reliable internet, you'll convert vast streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide every student toward 90% mastery and higher. When learners encounter obstacles, you'll engage them in live coaching sessions, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze rich data flows to discover hidden trends that reveal children's untapped abilities, creating cutting-edge AI solutions capable of doubling learning velocity.

Parents observe remarkable growth in self-assurance, learners accelerate at twice their previous pace, and you witness the tangible results of each insight you produce, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. Prepared to convert data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues, detect outliers, and initiate corrective measures within 48 hours
  • Delivering urgent intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and resources while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance instructional methods and address targeted problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, reporting interfaces, and proficiency benchmarks as the AI tutor platform advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentations with no clear connection to measurable results
  • Scoring assignments, creating traditional lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
  • Functioning purely at the strategic level without execution or remaining confined to repetitive duties—this position demands hands-on engagement and adaptability

Key responsibilities

Elevate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application usage, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished unproductive learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere community.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and an approachable coaching manner suitable for children
  • Track record creating workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or documented achievement enhancing results through evidence-based methods
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and foundational programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs
