This is the 2-Hour Learning framework behind Alpha Anywhere—and you will serve as the strategist maintaining and advancing this system.

From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert substantial volumes of AI-generated performance intelligence into precise, well-timed interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise for a student, you will conduct live coaching sessions, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying underlying trends that release children's capabilities and engineering next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
  • Conducting urgent-response coaching sessions and post-assessment consultations to eliminate obstacles, distinguish understanding deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending protracted meetings or delivering standardized presentations disconnected from measurable results
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Functioning exclusively in high-level planning without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and agile

Key responsibilities

Advance student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a student-centered coaching approach
  • Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
  • At least 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data-driven approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
