From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert massive streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you'll initiate a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you'll analyze deep currents of student achievement data, identifying concealed patterns that unleash children's complete capabilities, building next-wave AI systems that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Facilitating immediate-response intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual deficits from mistakes, and sustain learner engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending marathon meetings or delivering standardized presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
  • Scoring assignments, developing lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Functioning in abstract strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive duties—this position demands direct engagement and agility

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning results through AI-powered analysis and live academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-appropriate coaching approach
  • Track record building workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented achievement enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and fundamental coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
