From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert vast quantities of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely actions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore the student's momentum with renewed clarity. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance streams, identifying subtle trends that reveal untapped potential and engineering next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Delivering rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
- Coordinating with leadership to refine instruments, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
- Evaluating assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
- Remaining at the high-level strategic tier without execution or being confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a student-friendly coaching approach
- Experience constructing workflows and automations using AI
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
- Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven track record enhancing outcomes via data-driven methods
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and introductory coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs
