From any location with reliable internet, you'll convert vast streams of AI-driven performance metrics into precise, timely actions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a child encounters an obstacle, you'll step in with live coaching, clear the roadblock in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze detailed student data to identify hidden trends that unlock potential, while designing cutting-edge AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluation to identify concerns, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
- Leading immediate-response coaching sessions and post-assessment conversations to eliminate obstacles, distinguish true knowledge gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted problems
- Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, reporting interfaces, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor platform matures
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentations that lack direct connection to measurable results
- Scoring assignments, drafting curriculum, or administering conventional education programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of this work
- Functioning purely at the strategic level without execution, or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on engagement and agility
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student achievement through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic feedback, evidenced by measurable improvements such as 2× learning velocity, application usage, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or student-facing work combining analytical and relational skills
- Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and an approachable coaching manner suited to children
- Track record creating workflows and automation using AI
- Minimum 1 year working directly with K-8 students
- Availability during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, pedagogical theory, or proven achievement enhancing results via data-informed approaches
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and introductory programming skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
