This is the 2-Hour Learning model driving Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while engineering its evolution.

Operating from any location with reliable internet, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you will initiate a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data streams, identifying concealed patterns that release children's complete capability, and building next-generation AI systems that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting urgent "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentation decks without clear connection to tangible results
  • Grading papers, writing lesson plans, or managing traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working purely at the strategic level without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on engagement and agility

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position incorporating both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a kid-friendly coaching approach
  • Track record building workflows and automations with AI
  • At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
  • Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational principles, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
