E-learning Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine this: children complete a full day of academics in two intensely productive hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you are the architect who maintains and advances it.

From any location with reliable internet, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely actions that guide each learner to 90% mastery and beyond. When a child encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, clear the roadblock immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data to identify hidden trends that release children's complete potential, building next-generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

Parents observe rising confidence, students accelerate their learning pace by two times, and you witness the tangible results of every insight you generate, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. Prepared to transform data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting urgent intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and content while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address specific problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery standards as the AI tutor progresses

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations disconnected from measurable results
  • Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Remaining in high-level planning without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, reflected by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal elements
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-friendly coaching approach
  • Experience creating workflows and automations with AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes through data-driven approaches
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
