We're looking for a strategic thinker to drive our initiative of reshaping science education through sophisticated data analysis, pioneering AI integration, and comprehensive scientific knowledge. Your objective? To achieve a twofold increase in the rate at which students master scientific principles, spanning from foundational biology to quantum physics.
What you will be doing
- Analyzing complex student learning data patterns through AI, converting these findings into innovative approaches that transform science instruction and comprehension.
- Developing AI-driven virtual laboratories and simulations, rendering abstract scientific principles tangible in ways that engage and instruct students effectively.
- Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust dynamically, making sophisticated scientific concepts accessible and compelling for students at all skill levels.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to advance science education, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of learners.

Key responsibilities
Lead quantifiable enhancements in student science learning performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in concept mastery across diverse scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
