Most ELA curriculum positions focus on writing lessons, designing prompts, and building assessments. This role centers on leveraging AI and student performance data to systematically enhance how learners achieve mastery in reading, writing, vocabulary, language, and evidence-based reasoning.
At 2 Hour Learning, learners engage with an AI-driven learning model designed to accelerate progress beyond what conventional schooling permits. Your contributions will be embedded within this system. You will identify points where learners struggle, revise the instructional materials that contributed to these gaps, and strengthen the assessments that confirm true mastery. The objective is not to produce refined curriculum documents. The objective is to generate quantifiable improvement on MAP, SAT, AP, and other ELA-aligned assessments.
This is applied academic design. You will employ LLMs, AI-enabled tools, no-code systems, agentic AI capabilities, and learner work artifacts to reconstruct reading activities, writing frameworks, vocabulary modules, scaffolds, interventions, rubrics, prompts, and quality validation processes. You will observe the impact in performance metrics: learners engaging more critically with texts, communicating more precisely in writing, and progressing through language skills with greater speed.
