What if purposeful play could drive quantifiable progress across every area of early development?

Alpha's approach to education diverges sharply from conventional models. Our PreK program integrates play-centered curriculum development with live developmental tracking — eliminating scripted lesson plans and compliance-focused checklists. You will build dynamic learning experiences spanning all readiness domains, guide a team of educators to execute them with both precision and enthusiasm, and monitor measurable milestone achievement for each child under your oversight.

This position combines leadership with direct classroom involvement. Approximately one-third of your time will be classroom-facing — demonstrating facilitation methods, observing instruction, and conducting calibration discussions. The remainder focuses on curriculum development, coaching educators toward concrete performance targets, and maintaining transparent, data-informed communication with families. You will witness tangible outcomes: four-year-olds reaching developmental markers ahead of schedule, educators strengthening their practice metrics consistently, and families championing the program.

Guide the educators. Shape the learning. Apply today.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK educators, demonstrating instructional strategies and recognizing quantifiable progress
  • Create and lead play-centered learning sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, setting the standard for team execution
  • Examine and align educator documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone visibility
  • Develop family communications and conduct team briefings that synchronize goals and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness targets

What you will NOT be doing

  • Adhering to prescriptive lesson plans or compliance-heavy workflows — you will build responsive, play-centered frameworks informed by live data
  • Delivering a standardized curriculum determined by others — you control quarterly and weekly instructional planning
  • Operating without structured feedback mechanisms — coaching dialogues and alignment reviews are integrated throughout each week
  • Overseeing K-12 learners using digital platforms — this role is entirely devoted to early childhood education with direct, in-classroom engagement

Advance campus-wide PreK readiness results through educator development, program consistency, and engaging, evidence-informed classroom environments.
