Lead Guide   $150,000 USD/year

Description

  • Onsite in Atlanta, GA or Keller (Fort Worth), TX
  • $150,000 salary, paid weekly. Day-one health benefits
  • Ready to move? Relocation support included

The most supportive thing you can do for a kid who scored 99% is refuse to call it 100%.

At Alpha, that's not a debate. It's how every day works. Students learn academics through self-guided apps, not from an adult at the front of the room. That frees you to do what actually changes lives: lead high-energy workshops on public speaking, focus, and feedback. Motivate students to hit every learning goal using real-time analytics. Coach the Guides who work alongside you. Your tools are data, a proven playbook, and the kind of presence that makes twelve-year-olds lean in instead of tune out.

You'll own a cohort of students and be accountable for three outcomes: they love school, they learn at twice the pace of a traditional classroom, and they build real life skills. You'll coach other Guides from day one. As you deliver results at scale, your influence over campus-wide program quality grows.

Atlanta: Culture-rich metro with mild climate and a cost of living that stretches further than the coasts.
Fort Worth: No state income tax, top-rated schools, and a family-friendly city with a booming arts and food scene.

Hold the standard. Change the student. Apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Leading one-hour live workshops on life skills (public speaking, focus, giving and receiving feedback) for K-8 students, following Alpha's playbook
  • Running motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive system (school currency, leaderboards) to drive 100% student goal completion
  • Coaching Guides on program fidelity and standards enforcement, with every session producing tangible improvement actions
  • Maintaining your own student cohort while developing other Guides
  • Tracking student satisfaction scores, goal completion rates, and Guide performance metrics

What you will NOT be doing

  • Lecturing or tutoring students on academic subjects. Students learn through apps.
  • Designing curriculum or lesson plans. Alpha's playbook is your operating system, freeing you to focus on execution and connection.
  • Making exceptions when a student scores 99% instead of 100%. Holding the line is how you show them you believe they can get there.
  • Coaching Guides on teaching technique. Guides don't teach, so you're coaching energy, motivation, and accountability instead.
