You visit a campus and immediately spot what's wrong — the unlogged ceiling tile hanging loose, the HVAC return that's been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who delivered half the work but submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints to surface. You resolve issues before they're visible to anyone else.
That ability defines this role. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and ready for tours every single day — not only when events are scheduled. You will establish and maintain that standard throughout Central Texas: Austin will serve as your home base, supplemented by routine travel to schools regionwide. Your efforts determine whether a campus sustains its premium character or gradually deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one centers on establishing standards and restructuring vendor relationships — defining what "ready" means operationally, building a sustainable audit rhythm, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists to execute repeatable processes. As the region expands and your systems mature, the role evolves into steady-state regional oversight: you become the operational anchor the network relies on during new campus launches, emergency response, or standards revision.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer dashboard-driven management, this role is not suitable. If you want direct accountability for ensuring 25+ schools maintain a premium standard every day — and the authority to execute on that mission — continue reading.
Maintain every Central Texas region campus in a condition that is safe, premium, and tour-ready on a daily basis.
