LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you'll be the backbone that sustains the momentum: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and removing friction so Guides can mentor at full strength. You'll manage facility workflows, front-line technology support, and community coordination, building an environment where ambition is expected and independence is developed. What you will be doing
- Executing the daily schedule with accuracy so the 2-Hour Learning sessions begin punctually, remain focused, and conclude effectively.
- Managing initial technology support (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and routing escalations to IT.
- Ensuring a secure, well-ordered campus: safety drills, incident documentation, vendor coordination, and facility preparedness.
- Providing clear communication to students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues quickly and recording outcomes.
- Enabling campus events—onboarding, milestones, inventory and space coordination—so the site consistently feels organized.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides manage student mentorship while you operate the infrastructure.
- Working remotely from a back room; your role is campus-facing and directly connected to student outcomes and family confidence.
- Investing time in low-value tasks that fail to enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational distractions.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-touch service setting.
- Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing competing demands without sacrificing precision.
- Proficient in basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
- Precise, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship available).
