LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you will serve as the operational backbone: protecting time dedicated to concentrated learning, managing safe and efficient daily functions, and removing barriers so Guides can mentor effectively. You will oversee facility logistics, front-line technology assistance, and family communication, building an environment where ambition is expected and self-reliance is cultivated. What you will be doing
- Managing the daily schedule with accuracy so 2-Hour Learning sessions begin promptly, remain distraction-free, and conclude effectively.
- Addressing initial technology requests (equipment configuration, fundamental troubleshooting) and managing escalations to IT.
- Ensuring a secure, well-ordered campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparedness.
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues promptly and recording outcomes.
- Facilitating campus events—orientation, program milestones, inventory and space coordination—so the environment remains consistently organized.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides manage student mentorship while you maintain the operational framework.
- Working remotely from an administrative office; your role is campus-facing and directly impacts student outcomes and family confidence.
- Engaging in administrative tasks that do not enhance efficiency, safety, or the quality of the learning experience.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive to learning so that students and staff can concentrate on development and achievement rather than operational concerns.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another service-intensive setting.
- Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing competing demands without sacrificing precision.
- Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship available).
