LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.
If you see disorder and immediately build the system to fix it, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance quickly, seek rigor, and thrive on real ownership. We combine demanding academics with practical life training and a focused 2-Hour Learning framework that enables rapid, confident progress. We're looking for an operator who can transform a complex school day into a reliable, high-functioning system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed correctly.
At our Austin location, you'll be the operator who ensures everything runs smoothly: protecting time for deep learning, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and removing barriers so Guides can focus entirely on mentorship. You'll manage facility logistics, frontline technology support, and family communication, building an environment where high standards are the norm and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear expectations, decisive action, and measurable results, this work is built for you.
Apply to build a campus where students accelerate their learning, families see tangible impact, and operational discipline is the foundation of success.
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, organized, and conducive to learning so that students and staff can concentrate on development rather than operational distractions.

It’s hard to qualify – on purpose. High standards mean every educator, leader and EdTech builder is at the top of their game.
Top performers earn what they’re worth. Six-figure education roles aren’t fantasy here – they’re the baseline for excellence.
Skills carry more weight that resumes here. Demonstrate learning mastery, AI fluency and passion for what’s next. That’s what counts.
