Campus Program Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position at our Austin campus.

If you instinctively map out the system when you see disorder, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance quickly, seek challenge, and are ready for genuine responsibility. We combine demanding academics with practical life skills and a focused 2-Hour Learning framework so students progress with speed and confidence. We're looking for an operator who can transform a dynamic school day into a reliable, high-performance system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed precisely.

At our Austin location, you'll be the presence that sustains operational momentum: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and orderly operations, and removing barriers so Guides can mentor at full strength. You'll oversee facility workflows, frontline technical support, and family communications, building an environment where ambition is the norm and independence is cultivated. If you value clear standards, decisive action, and measurable results, this work is for you.

Apply to build a campus where students accelerate their learning, families experience the impact, and operational excellence is the quiet foundation behind everything.

What you will be doing

  • Executing the daily schedule with precision so the 2-Hour Learning sessions begin on time, remain focused, and conclude successfully.
  • Managing frontline technical needs (device configuration, basic troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT.
  • Upholding a safe, orderly campus: drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparedness.
  • Communicating effectively with students, families, and staff; resolving issues quickly and recording decisions.
  • Enabling campus milestones—events, onboarding, supply and space coordination—so the site always operates smoothly.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching courses or developing curriculum; Guides handle student mentorship while you manage the infrastructure.
  • Working from a back office; your role is front-facing and directly connected to student outcomes and family confidence.
  • Dedicating time to administrative tasks that don't enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and supportive so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development, not operational concerns.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • 2+ years managing multi-faceted operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-service setting.
  • Composed under pressure; proactive problem-solver who can balance priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
  • Clear, respectful written and verbal communication that builds confidence.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; available to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).
