You enter a facility and immediately notice what's wrong — the ceiling tile no one documented, the HVAC unit that's been making noise all week, the landscaping contractor who completed only half the work yet submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints. You resolve issues before they're ever detected.
That ability defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 facilities where families invest in an environment that is secure, reliable, and presentation-ready every day — not only when events are scheduled. You will maintain that benchmark throughout the Northeast: Manhattan serving as your home base, with consistent travel to locations in CT, MA, and PA. Your contribution determines whether a campus maintains its premium standard or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one emphasizes establishing standards and cleaning up vendor relationships — defining what "ready" means operationally, building the inspection schedule, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists in a sustainable operating model. As the region expands and your systems mature, the role transitions to ongoing regional oversight: you become the operator the organization depends on when launching new campuses, responding to crises, or revising operational standards.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer managing remotely through reports, this isn't the right fit. If you want direct control over whether 25+ campuses maintain premium standards daily — and the authority to enforce that — continue reading.
Maintain every Northeast region campus as safe, premium, and presentation-ready every day.
