You step into a facility and immediately notice what's wrong — the ceiling tile hanging loose without a work order, the HVAC return producing a high-pitched noise for days, the landscaping contractor who completed only part of the scope but submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints to surface. You resolve issues before they become visible to anyone else.
That awareness defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is secure, reliable, and visitor-ready every single day — not merely during scheduled events. You will maintain that expectation across the Northeast region: Manhattan serving as your home base, with consistent travel to facilities in CT, MA, and PA. Your performance determines whether a campus maintains its premium standard or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one emphasizes establishing standards and vendor oversight — defining operational readiness, implementing audit protocols, terminating underperforming vendors, and guiding Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists into sustainable operating routines. As the region expands and your systems mature, the position transitions to ongoing regional oversight: you become the operational authority the network relies on during new campus launches, emergency situations, or standard revisions.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer dashboard-based management, this role is not suitable. If you want direct accountability for whether 25+ campuses maintain premium standards daily — and the authority to enforce that outcome — continue reading.
Maintain every Northeast region campus as safe, premium, and visitor-ready on a daily basis.
