LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you'll be the operator keeping everything running smoothly: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and removing barriers so Guides can mentor without distraction. You'll manage facility workflows, frontline technical support, and family communication, building an environment where ambition is standard and self-reliance is cultivated. What you will be doing
- Executing the daily schedule with accuracy so the 2-Hour Learning sessions begin promptly, remain undisturbed, and conclude effectively.
- Managing first-tier technical support (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and coordinating escalations to IT.
- Ensuring a secure, well-ordered campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparedness.
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues promptly and recording outcomes.
- Enabling campus events—onboarding, celebrations, inventory and space planning—so the site consistently operates at full readiness.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering instruction or developing curriculum; Guides handle student mentorship while you manage operational systems.
- Working from a back office; your role is visible and directly connected to student outcomes and family confidence.
- Engaging in low-value tasks that don't enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive to learning so that students and staff can concentrate on development and growth rather than operational concerns.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-touch service environment.
- Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter who can balance competing demands without sacrificing precision.
- Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).
