LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

We are looking for an operator who can transform a dynamic school day into a streamlined, high-functioning system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed precisely.
At our Austin location, you will be the operational backbone: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and orderly daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can mentor effectively. You will manage facility workflows, provide front-line technology support, and coordinate community communications, building an environment where ambition is expected and self-reliance is cultivated. What you will be doing
- Executing the daily schedule with accuracy so 2-Hour Learning blocks begin punctually, remain undisturbed, and conclude effectively.
- Managing initial technology requests (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and routing escalations to IT as needed.
- Ensuring a secure, orderly campus environment: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor coordination, and facility preparedness.
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and team members; resolving issues promptly and recording outcomes.
- Enabling campus events—orientations, onboarding sessions, inventory and space planning—so the site consistently operates at readiness.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides manage student mentorship while you maintain operational infrastructure.
- Working remotely from an administrative office; your role is campus-facing and directly influences student outcomes and family confidence.
- Engaging in low-value tasks that do not enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the campus environment remains safe, prepared, and conducive to focus so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational concerns.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or similar high-service sectors.
- Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of managing competing demands without sacrificing precision.
- Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship available).
