LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.
If you instinctively map out systems when you encounter disorder, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance quickly, seek rigorous challenge, and are ready for genuine accountability. We combine demanding academics with practical life skills and a structured 2-Hour Learning framework that allows students to progress with speed and confidence. We are looking for an operator who can transform a dynamic school day into a streamlined, high-functioning system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed precisely.
At our Austin location, you will be the operational backbone: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and orderly daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can mentor effectively. You will manage facility workflows, provide front-line technology support, and coordinate community communications, building an environment where ambition is expected and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear standards, decisive action, and measurable results, this work is designed for you.
Apply to build a campus where students accelerate their learning, families experience tangible progress, and operational discipline quietly powers everything.
Ensure the campus environment remains safe, prepared, and conducive to focus so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational concerns.
