You tour a campus and immediately catch what others miss — the ceiling tile no one documented, the HVAC unit that's been failing for days, the landscaping contractor who delivered half the scope and submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints. You resolve issues before they surface.
That awareness defines this role. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and guest-ready at all times — not only when events are scheduled. You'll uphold that expectation across the Northwest: anchored in the San Francisco Bay Area, with consistent travel to schools in CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, and ID. Your oversight determines whether a campus maintains a premium standard or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one focuses on establishing standards and overhauling vendor accountability — defining what "ready" means, implementing the audit cycle, removing underperforming vendors, and aligning Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists to a sustainable operating rhythm. As the region expands and your framework matures, the role evolves into regional operational leadership: you become the resource the organization depends on when launching a new campus, managing an emergency, or refining a standard.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer to lead from behind a screen, this isn't the fit. If you want direct control over whether 25+ schools maintain a premium experience every day — and the authority to deliver that outcome — continue reading.
Ensure every campus in the Northwest region remains safe, premium, and guest-ready every day.
