You notice the details others miss — the ceiling tile that's out of place, the HVAC unit that's been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who delivered half the work but submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints. You fix problems before anyone realizes they existed.
That awareness defines this role. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is safe, polished, and ready for tours every single day — not only when events are scheduled. You will maintain that standard throughout the Northwest: anchored at our San Francisco Bay Area campus, with consistent travel to schools across CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, and ID. Your work determines whether a campus sustains its premium quality or quietly deteriorates between leadership visits.
Year one centers on establishing standards and overhauling vendor relationships — defining what "ready" means, implementing audit routines, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists on repeatable operations. As the region grows and your systems mature, the role evolves into steady-state regional oversight: you become the operator the organization turns to when launching new campuses, managing emergencies, or revising standards.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer to manage through dashboards alone, this isn't the right fit. If you want clear ownership of whether 25+ schools maintain premium standards daily — and the authority to deliver that outcome — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Northwest region as safe, premium, and tour-ready every day.
