You walk through a campus and immediately spot the problems others miss — the ceiling tile that's come loose but hasn't been reported, the HVAC unit that's been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who billed for incomplete work. You don't wait for complaints to surface. You resolve issues before they're noticed.
That intuition defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and always ready for tours — not just when events are scheduled. You'll maintain that expectation across the Northwest region: anchored at the San Francisco Bay Area campus, with consistent travel to locations in CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, and ID. Your contribution determines whether a campus maintains its premium feel or deteriorates between leadership visits.
Year one focuses heavily on establishing standards and vendor accountability — defining what "ready" means operationally, implementing the audit schedule, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists on consistent operating procedures. As the region expands and your systems mature, the role transitions to sustained regional oversight: you become the operational expert the network relies on during new campus launches, crisis situations, or when standards require revision.
This is a field-based position. If you prefer managing through reports and dashboards, this isn't the right fit. If you want direct accountability for maintaining premium standards across 25+ schools — with the authority to deliver on that responsibility — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Northwest region as safe, premium, and tour-ready on a daily basis.
