You inspect a facility and immediately identify what's wrong — the ceiling tile that hasn't been reported, the HVAC unit making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who completed only part of the work but submitted a complete invoice. You don't wait for complaints. You resolve issues before they're noticed.
That awareness defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs high-quality K–12 campuses where families expect an environment that is secure, reliable, and presentation-ready every day — not only during special events. You'll maintain that expectation across Central Texas: Austin will be your main location, with routine visits to other schools in the region. Your performance determines whether a campus maintains its premium standard or slowly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one focuses heavily on establishing standards and improving vendor relationships — defining what "ready" means, creating the inspection schedule, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists on consistent operational procedures. As additional schools join the region and your processes mature, the role evolves into sustained regional oversight: you become the expert the organization depends on for new campus launches, crisis response, or standard revisions.
This is an on-site position. If you prefer dashboard management, this role is not suitable. If you want direct accountability for maintaining premium conditions across 25+ schools — with the authority to execute — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Central Texas region as safe, premium, and presentation-ready every day.
