You tour a facility and immediately recognize what's wrong — the ceiling tile that came loose but was never reported, the HVAC unit that has been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who completed only half the work yet submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints to surface. You resolve issues before anyone realizes they existed.
That awareness defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs premium K–12 facilities where families expect an environment that is safe, reliable, and visitor-ready every day — not only when events are scheduled. You will maintain that expectation across Central Texas: Austin will serve as your home base, with consistent travel to schools throughout the region. Your work determines whether a campus maintains a premium standard or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one will focus heavily on establishing standards and cleaning up vendor relationships — defining what "campus-ready" means, implementing audit routines, replacing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists on sustainable operating procedures. As the region expands and your framework matures, the role will transition to consistent regional oversight: you will become the operator the network relies on for new campus launches, emergency response, or standard revisions.
This is an active, on-site position. If you prefer to lead from behind a computer screen, this role is not suitable. If you want full accountability for ensuring 25+ campuses maintain premium standards daily — and the authority to execute on that responsibility — continue reading.
Maintain every campus in the Central Texas region as safe, premium, and visitor-ready every single day.
