This is your function.
You will be accountable for the complete enrollment experience at a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This position does not rely on handoffs. You are responsible for shaping how families perceive us, ensuring they fully understand the model, and confirming that enrollment decisions are made with alignment in mind. You will evaluate fit, facilitate meaningful discussions, and when appropriate, advise against enrollment. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operators with direct experience managing high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to operate a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent execution.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
