Alpha School demonstrates that literacy transformation doesn't demand traditional 6-hour instructional days. We combine AI-adaptive technology with skilled teaching through our 2-Hour Learning framework to produce accelerated reading progress. Your role: create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics mastery, reading fluency, and text comprehension for students in the early elementary grades.

This position focuses on evidence-based teaching, technology integration, and constructing a reading curriculum that scales effectively to serve thousands of learners—not administrative busywork.

Dorado advantages: Beautiful coastal areas within minutes. Dynamic bilingual environment with convenient San Juan cultural access, all while enjoying a close-knit community atmosphere.
