This role centers on data-informed teaching, technology integration, and constructing a reading intervention program capable of serving thousands of learners—not administrative paperwork and lesson-plan templates.

What you will be doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics mastery, comprehension development, and fluency building
- Creating individualized motivational strategies leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance metrics to adjust teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional materials that enable early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading standards
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behavior patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
