What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on developing phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating customized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy achievement markers
- Evaluating student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that empowers early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading standards
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years facilitating small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attuned to student behavioral data
- Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico
