Are you a deeply technical product leader who wants to be at the forefront of reinventing education through AI? 2 Hour Learning is looking for a technical architect to lead the modernization of our AI-powered learning ecosystem. This is a role for someone who has the technical rigor to act as a CTO, the product vision to drive transformational change, and the passion to apply those skills to unleash student potential at unprecedented scale.
Most companies bolt AI onto traditional education models like an afterthought. At 2 Hour Learning, we’ve done something entirely different: we’ve rebuilt the school model from the ground up, using AI and learning science to completely shatter the constraints of the traditional classroom. Our students don't just improve — they dominate, achieving multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, showing multi-year academic growth in a single year, and consistently outperforming their own expectations. We've proven that when AI is used as the core operating system of learning, student achievement explodes.
This is not a traditional product management role focused on customer feedback loops or incremental feature delivery. This is a technical product ownership role at the executive level, where you will own the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our entire learning system. You’ll be responsible for making the hard technical tradeoffs that ensure our products are lean, scalable, and ruthlessly focused on improving student outcomes. You will think like a CTO but move like a product entrepreneur, blending engineering excellence with learning science insights to continuously drive breakthroughs.
