AI-Driven Learning Analyst - Ukrainian Speaking   $60,000 USD/year

Description

If you believe education should move faster, smarter, and with real accountability, this role was built for you.

At 2 Hour Learning, we compress what traditional schools stretch across an entire day into focused, high-impact learning cycles. That only works when academic decisions are precise, timely, and owned end-to-end. This role exists to do exactly that: turn messy student data into clear action and pair it with direct, high-trust student coaching that removes blockers fast.

You will sit at the intersection of analytics and human connection. One moment you’re analyzing performance data to spot risk early and justify placements with defensible reasoning. The next, you’re face-to-face with a student, diagnosing confusion in real time and helping them move forward before small issues become real failures. This is not a passive reporting role. You are accountable for outcomes.

This role is designed for people who want to see the impact of their thinking immediately. If you thrive on ownership, enjoy working directly with students, and take pride in helping kids learn twice as fast through better decisions, you’ll feel at home here.

Apply if you want your work to matter by the end of the week, not the end of the semester.

What you will be doing

  • Analyze student performance data to produce clean, actionable academic reports that trigger timely interventions
  • Own academic outcomes for an assigned group of students, including placement, testing decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Run rapid academic rescue sessions that identify root causes and resolve learning blockers in real time
  • Conduct post-test coaching sessions to separate knowledge gaps from careless mistakes and assign targeted next steps
  • Collaborate with academic leaders and parent support to escalate risks and improve tools or processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Generating reports that no one acts on
  • Working purely behind the scenes with no student interaction
  • Passing academic ownership to teachers, tutors, or parents
  • Running generic tutoring sessions without clear diagnostic goals
  • Waiting weeks to respond to emerging student issues

Key responsibilities

Deliver accurate, timely academic insights and student-facing interventions that measurably accelerate learning outcomes for owned student groups.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training role with a documented outcome or feedback
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working closely with K–8 students (occasional tutoring does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated experience in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles combining analysis and interpersonal work
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in Ukrainian and English
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly with students and parents
  • Proven use of AI to analyze data or automate workflows with measurable efficiency gains
