What you will be doing
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4-7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
- Examining student performance data to continually improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Working with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Competent in evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
