Your role will involve guiding each family through their entire experience—from initial outreach to final enrollment—ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, approachability, and academic excellence. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, orchestrate impactful admissions events, and uphold meticulous applicant data that supports sound decision-making.

Take full ownership of the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Manage and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend and contribute to all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows remain current and precise
