You will be the person families recall when making their enrollment decision. You influence how Alpha is perceived, communicated, and experienced from initial contact through final commitment. This position is designed for someone who understands that responsiveness, precision, and empathy are not competing priorities—they define excellence.
Alpha is reimagining the structure of education. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-driven instruction, and a mission that honors both learners and their families. Admissions is where that mission becomes tangible. Families arrive with curiosity, doubt, and optimism. Your responsibility is to transform hesitation into conviction.
In this position, you own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will handle family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and current, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha aligns with their child's needs. This is not an administrative support role. You are client-facing, process-oriented, and responsible for the quality of every family's interaction with Alpha.
This is a high-tempo, campus-based position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands while maintaining both accuracy and genuine connection. If you value operational excellence, effective communication, and delivering experiences that feel effortless to others, this role provides meaningful responsibility and influence.
Create a trusted, effective admissions process that supports families from initial inquiry through confident enrollment commitment.
