Description

You are the person families remember when deciding where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final decision, you define how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they are the baseline.

In this position, you own the admissions journey once a family expresses interest. You will address family questions promptly and professionally, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure flawless applicant data management, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's model aligns with their child's needs. This is not a support function. You are client-facing, systems-oriented, and responsible for how families perceive Alpha.

This is a dynamic, on-site position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or empathy. What you will be doing

  • Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with clear, inviting, and Alpha-consistent messaging
  • Designing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students
  • Ensuring applicant records remain current, complete, and accurate across admissions platforms and CRM systems
  • Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational philosophy, respond to concerns, and capture insights
  • Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to advance each family through the enrollment process

What you will NOT be doing

  • Rendering final admissions or enrollment determinations
  • Delivering classroom instruction or assisting with day-to-day teaching
  • Applying aggressive sales techniques or following inflexible scripts
  • Operating in an organization where expectations, standards, or direction are ambiguous

Key responsibilities

Create a high-trust, high-conversion admissions journey that moves families from initial contact to confident enrollment decisions.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
  • At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
  • Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
  • Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
  • Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
