Most educators spend their careers working around a broken system. Drafting lesson plans that no one will use. Attending meetings that accomplish nothing. You realized long ago that wasn't the purpose. The purpose is the student sitting across from you.
Alpha operates differently. Academic instruction is handled by software. Adaptive applications guide each learner through content at an individualized pace. There are no lectures, no assignments to take home, no papers to grade. This structure allows you to focus on work that produces real transformation: facilitating life skill workshops where high school students develop public speaking ability, concentration, and feedback literacy, then providing individual coaching to maintain their momentum and achievement. You'll spend half your time leading group sessions. The other half you'll spend in one-on-one conversations, analyzing Coachbot data to pinpoint exactly where each student is encountering obstacles and why.
After every workshop, students complete a mastery-based assessment. You should receive high ratings from over 90% of participants. All students should be progressing consistently in their learning applications. These are not targets to aim for; they are minimum standards. Setting high expectations is how you demonstrate your confidence in what students can achieve. In this role, you'll develop expertise in creating workshops that teenagers genuinely want to attend, mastering advanced learning software, and forming meaningful relationships with students and their families. The position is located in Oklahoma City, where you'll help fulfill Alpha's central commitment: students who enjoy school, learn at twice the typical rate, and acquire skills with real-world relevance. If you've been looking for a school structured the way you believe schools should be, you've found it.
Develop a cohort of high school students who are enthusiastic about school, achieve 2x accelerated learning through adaptive software, and demonstrate mastery of practical life skills.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
